F\u00fcr Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher ist es \u00e4u\u00dferst kompliziert, den \u00dcberblick zu behalten und zu erkennen, ob \u201eGuter Fisch\u201c \u00fcberhaupt noch zu haben ist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Einheitliche Informationen f\u00fcr den Einkauf<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verschiedene Institutionen haben in der Vergangenheit Fischratgeber entwickelt, doch je nach ausgew\u00e4hlten Kriterien liefern diese unterschiedliche Bewertungen. Einen Vorteil dieser Liste stellt deshalb vor allem die einheitliche Information dar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eViele Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher essen gerne Fisch, wissen aber auch um die Probleme der \u00dcberfischung. Deshalb freuen wir uns, zusammen mit den beteiligten Institutionen eine Liste erstellt zu haben, die f\u00fcr den nachhaltigen Fischeinkauf eine echte Einkaufshilfe darstellt\u201c, sagt Constanze Rubach, Ern\u00e4hrungsexpertin der Verbraucherzentrale Niedersachsen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aber nicht nur f\u00fcr Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher kann diese Liste eine Hilfe darstellen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auch im Hinblick auf die j\u00e4hrlichen Verhandlungen zur Fangquotenvergabe sollte diese Liste genutzt werden, damit sich politische Entscheiderinnen und Entscheider ein aktuelles Bild \u00fcber Best\u00e4nde verschaffen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die \u201eGuter Fisch\u201c Liste wird j\u00e4hrlich aktualisiert und beinhaltet nicht nur die Bestandsgr\u00f6\u00dfen der gelisteten Fischarten, sondern ber\u00fccksichtigt auch \u00f6kologische Aspekte. Und eben diese sind entscheidend, ob ein Fisch ein \u201eGuter Fisch\u201c ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Daten der letzten Jahre sind besorgniserregend: Die Mehrzahl der Fischbest\u00e4nde weltweit sind \u00fcberfischt. Nur noch wenige Best\u00e4nde sind in einem guten Zustand.
