Beim Erkl\u00e4rungseingang nimmt Niedersachsen im bundesweiten Vergleich eine Spitzenposition ein, gleichwohl haben noch viele Grundst\u00fccksbesitzerinnen und Grundst\u00fcckbesitzer ihre Steuererkl\u00e4rung im Januar abzugeben: Bis zum 28.12.2022 sind in Niedersachsen rund 1,9 Millionen Grundsteuererkl\u00e4rungen eingegangen. Dies entspricht einer Eingangsquote von rund 55 Prozent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Nieders\u00e4chsische Finanzminister Gerald Heere appelliert an die B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger sowie die Angeh\u00f6rigen der steuerberatenden Berufe, die Erkl\u00e4rungen innerhalb der Frist abzugeben: \u201eEine erneute Fristverl\u00e4ngerung ist nicht m\u00f6glich. Die Finanzverwaltung muss bis Ende 2023 den Gro\u00dfteil der 3,5 Millionen Grundst\u00fccke bewerten, damit den Gemeinden rechtzeitig die notwendigen Grundlagen f\u00fcr die Erhebung der Grundsteuern ab 2025 vorliegen.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Erkl\u00e4rung l\u00e4sst sich mit wenigen Angaben erledigen: der Adresse, den Fl\u00e4chengr\u00f6\u00dfen des Grundst\u00fccks sowie der Geb\u00e4udefl\u00e4chen f\u00fcr Wohnen und f\u00fcr Nicht-Wohnen. Das n\u00f6tige Aktenzeichen wurde im Informationsschreiben schon im Juni jeder Grundbesitzerin und jedem Grundbesitzer an die Hand geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Nieders\u00e4chsische Steuerverwaltung bietet ein breites Angebot, das die Abgabe der Steuererkl\u00e4rung erleichtert. Auf der Website des&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/lstn.niedersachsen.de\/steuer\/grundsteuer\/grundsteuerreform-in-niedersachsen-215354.html\">Landesamtes f\u00fcr Steuern Niedersachsen<\/a>&nbsp;werden Ausf\u00fcllhilfen verschiedenster Art angeboten: die Antworten auf die wichtigsten Fragen (FAQs), Checklisten, Erkl\u00e4r-Videos und weitere Informationen zur Vorbereitung auf die Erkl\u00e4rungsabgabe. Als besonders hilfreich hat sich die beispielhafte Klick-Anleitung auf dieser Seite erwiesen, die Seite f\u00fcr Seite die Steuererkl\u00e4rung durchgeht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der eigens eingerichtete&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.grundsteuer-viewer.niedersachsen.de\/\">Grundsteuer-Viewer<\/a>&nbsp;gibt Hilfestellung zu den Grundst\u00fccksdaten. Dabei handelt es sich um eine Kartendarstellung, aus der die Grundst\u00fccksfl\u00e4chen online abzulesen sind.
