Die Bewegungsabl\u00e4ufe sind meditativ, kr\u00e4ftigend und f\u00f6rdern die Entfaltung der gesunden, inneren Energie (Qi). Da beim Tai Chi keine Ger\u00e4te eingesetzt werden, trainiert jeder Mensch mit der eigenen Muskelkraft und Energie, so dass Tai Chi unabh\u00e4ngig von Alter, Geschlecht und k\u00f6rperlicher Fitness praktiziert werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tai Chi kann auch im Sitzen, z. B. bei k\u00f6rperlichen Einschr\u00e4nkungen, wirksam und hilfreich ausge\u00fcbt werden. Die Bewegungsabl\u00e4ufe sind sanft und flie\u00dfend, voller Ausdruck, Sch\u00f6nheit und Kraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Lehrer Mao Lei vertritt eine lange Generation der Chen Tai Chi \u2013 Familie und ist seit Jahren in G\u00f6ttingen als Lehrender t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Immer: Donnerstags &nbsp;9 \u2013 10 h, KAZ Spiegelsaal, B\u00fcrgerstra\u00dfe 15, G\u00f6ttingen.
