Ausschussvorsitzenden Harm Adam ihre Arbeit vorgestellt. 50 Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer k\u00fcmmern sich seit mehr als 20 Jahren um die h\u00e4usliche Pflege schwerkranker Kinder und Jugendlicher. Die Nachfrage aus S\u00fcdniedersachsen und benachbarten Bundesl\u00e4ndern kann bei weitem nicht befriedigt werden. Unsere Fraktionsmitglieder besprachen ambitionierte und innovative Projekte wie die Gr\u00fcndung von Wohngemeinschaften und ein \u201e\u00dcberleitungshaus\u201c, in dem f\u00fcr schwerkranke Kinder und einem Elternteil die L\u00fccke zwischen der notwendigen Anschluss- und \u00dcbergangsversorgung vom Krankenhaus zur Pflege im h\u00e4uslichen Umfeld geschlossen werden k\u00f6nnte.
